This app let's you use your iPad as a phone for FREE! Unlike FaceTime, you don't need WiFi (3G is sufficient) and it even provides you with a FREE phone number with the area code of your choice. This is perfect as a back up phone, or to save cell phone minutes. I love it.
Cons:
-you cant use a number you already have
-no voicemail
